The heart of the venue: an open turf lawn between the silos and the old warehouses, under canopies of string lights, with a stage set against the 177-foot rice dryer and a professional sound and video system. "The Katy" rideable train circles it on market days.

Check-in tables, a small stage or a kids' corner

The boarding station of our rideable train, with its covered platform right on the lawn. A natural spot for registration and check-in, a DJ or a small acoustic stage, a photo backdrop, or the kids' zone of a family festival.

Built-in bar at the foot of the silos

The Silo Bar

Full bar service for the whole venue

Our built-in bar sits at the base of the concrete silos and serves beer, wine and cocktails to the lawn. Private events can run an open bar, a cash bar or drink tickets; you do not need to bring in a bar vendor. A restaurant inside the silo itself is planned for 2028.

Shaded seating under 45-foot oak trees, a giant outdoor TV

The shaded garden beside the silos: tables under 45-foot oak trees, a giant outdoor TV for game days, and the food trucks lined up in front. It can be reserved as a block for a party while the rest of the venue stays open, or folded into a full buy-out.

The Marketplace

50+ vendor spaces on market days

Row after row of 10 by 10 tents, power on request

Where the Old Katy Farmers Market sets up every Saturday: marked vendor spaces along the walkways, with power available for food vendors. A shipping-container vendors marketplace with 16 permanent stalls is being built alongside it. Perfect for craft fairs, pop-up markets and festival vendor rows.

A riverboat, a barn and a silo to climb

The Playground

Fenced, shaded, next to the train track

Opened in 2026 beside the train track: a wooden riverboat with a railed deck, a red barn and a white silo to climb, all under a shade sail and inside a fence. It keeps the youngest guests happy while the grown-ups enjoy the event.
